The company is a brainchild of a Previously Disadvantaged Individual which culminates from diverse involvement in different business as well as general interest in socio – economic development of South Africa, particularly the Eastern Cape.

A person acquiring this qualification will be able to manage first line managers in an organisational entity. First line managers may include team leaders, supervisors, junior managers, section heads and foremen. The focus of this qualification is to enable learners to develop competence in a range of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values.
HR for Non-HR Managers
Managing an employee is not the sole role of Human Resource Management team. Relations should be established and enhanced by the line managers as they meet on daily basis. This training will give tools to line managers, HR Managers and any person leading people in an organisation.
